Congratulations Danny Saesim!!!
Danny is the winner of our New Year STRONGER YOU nutrition challenge! I have know Danny for several years now and he has always been a consistent CrossFitter. I’ve seen him putting in extra work at the box by doing specific strength and skill movements, but now he was finally ready to take his fitness to the next level by dialing in his nutrition. Throughout the 8 week challenge, Danny was determined and eager to change his eating habits and adopt new healthy behaviors. He continued to work hard during group class and put in extra time doing his new “favorite” cardio: sprints. Even though he went on several vacations during the challenge, he was able to still lose weight and stick to his nutrition plan by applying our flexible dieting approach. I am very proud of his success and am thrilled to be a part of his fitness journey. As our winner, Danny will be receiving a $200 gift card to Lululemon, as well as some goodies from BodyMetRx!
I also want to congratulate all of the participants on their hard work and dedication throughout the challenge. Everyone saw great results and their commitment to the program was amazing. Changing your eating habits is HARD, but they were able to persevere and still find success. Everyone was a pleasure to coach and I couldn’t ask for more awesome members!
