Join Anthony Pomponio and Jacob Heighes Tuesday and Thursdays! Redlands' premier weightlifting club will have in depth instructional classes for you to learn and master the basics of weightlifting. The program will have 5 training days throughout the week, two with your coaches and the rest on your own time at the gym. If you are interested in coming in to lift on other days or times, we have open gym 5 days a week from 4pm-7pm. We are fully equipped with platforms, jerk boxes and everything you will need to begin weightlifting! For more information, email or call us!
